Friday is Here

I know what everyone’s thinking
You will never be that strong
The busy days and lonely nights
Seem to be so long

You always do your best
What more can someone one ask
And just as you are finished
Here comes another task

The pile of work is finally done
It’s time to now unwind
Friday is Here none too late
So please don’t lose your mind

The weekend begins and it’s time to relax
Bonding with family and friends
The love that is shared makes it all worthwhile
You hope that it never ends

Body, mind, and spirit are all recharged
Everything feels anew
One more week till you do it again
The choices are not so few
