Look deep in thy soul
And ponder this thought
What hast thou ever done
What hast thou ever wrought

Count thee every second
How many have slipped past
Whoever comes in first
Surely will be last

Take account of all thy doings
List them – every one
Dost thou live to help another
Or simply to have fun

The riches of this world
It’s glitter and its gold
Entices every heart
And can gain a great big hold

Yet the Worth of Every Soul
Is precious in His sight
He offers thee wise counsel
He shows thee what is right

Temptations swarm around us
In every single way
Yes You Must Choose Wisely
Yes This Very Day
